Taking time to understand and accept your menopause

Are you like me menopausal or per-menopausal?

I am creating a safe haven for women to come together to explore their menopauses using yogic practices as a framework to help us get through this time and our crazy symptoms!

During the class we will hold a circle to connect and share experiences and information about our journey so far.

We will use pranayama, hatha and restorative yoga practices cultivated to assist us with and through our menopause, enabling us to empower ourselves and help us deal with our new moment to moment reality!

No experience is required just a sense of humour and maybe a hankie or two.
