Self-care for Women - Yoga and Mindfulness Workshop
A 3 hour immersive workshop with yoga teacher Amy Bartle and life coach Gemma Sands exploring how we can balance strength, with ease and self-compassion for everyday peace and resilience.
A nurturing and fun afternoon of self-enquiry using the practical tools of yoga, mindfulness meditation, essential oils and coaching.
The afternoon will begin with a 1 hour Hatha flow class focusing on building strength and stability in body and mind. This will be followed by an hour of tea, conversation and coaching from Gemma where you’ll practice tools you can apply to your everyday life to balance your emotions and connect to your natural state of wellbeing. To close, the session will finish with an hour of gentle restorative yoga and mindfulness to let go of tension and leave feeling balanced, calm, clear and better able to deal with everyday stress.
