 Post Natal Recovery Yoga Course

This structured course aims to help get your body back into alignment after the birth of your baby using yoga techniques. During the course we focus on:

Simple techniques to re-connect and strengthen our pelvic floors;

Movements to bring mobility to sore or stiff part of the bodies such as backs and shoulders;

Gentle partner activities to help sooth mama-related aches;

Exercises to increase core strength and awareness;

Breathing practices to bring calmness in everyday life;

Positive mantra to help us through mamahood! 

This class is highly suited for those in the first stage of their post natal recovery and aims to take tired mama's on to the next phase in their post natal period and more dynamic yoga practices.

Babies attend this class with their mama's! 

Please note this is a course but drop in's are available via our rates and schedule page above if there are spaces.
