On-line Vinyasa Flow

Join us for an opportunity to stretch and strengthen your muscles, increase mobility in the joints whilst finding calmness and stillness of mind.

This vinyasa class will work to develop strength, flexibility and balance and end in a guided relaxation to leave the body and mind feeling relaxed and restored.

The class aims for students to reach a state of peace and ease, both on and off the mat.
