In-studio Yoga for Sports Recovery


All abilities welcome.

Join Dan, an Occupational Therapist and 800 hours trained Yoga Teacher, to explore how you can use yoga to improve your exercise recovery and performance. A small class size means the lesson can be tailored to the sports that you participate in.
