Dan's mission is to share yoga tailored to help you climb longer, harder and recover quicker!
Through a series of 4 interactive workshops learn yoga techniques to enhance your body awareness, mental game, strength and mobility.
Learn to release tension in the fingers and forearms, moving softly rather than ‘over-gripping’.
Learn safe and effective exercises to enhance hip and shoulder mobility, specific for climbing movements, e.g. high steps, rock-overs and drop knees.
Practise breathing methods to adjust your own mind-set and composure to find the right balance of readiness for action needed for the send.
Yoga builds concentration and develops the ability to relax yet remain engaged in potentially stressful situations. This gives us time to breath and recover mid-route.
