If like many of us you are trying to make sense of your life and reconnect with your mind and feelings as we emerge from these unusual times, I would like to invite you to this 4 week mindfulness course.
During the course:
Use simple grounding practices to learn how to settle our minds and bodies;
Practice classical mindfulness to better understand ourselves and our current situation;
Use self inquiry as tool to better understand ourselves and how to keep 'tabs' on ourselves;
Learn simple mindfulness techniques to help us manage daily life;
You will be given a recording of each weeks main practice to listen to at home.
Our overall aim will be to build our mental muscle and resilience for the obstacles life puts in front of us.
