I am delighted to welcome all pregnant mums' of any gestation to our Mindfulness Mental Health support group.
The aim for the group is to support you mentally in your pregnancy to feel calmers, to cope better with pregnancy ups and downs, to accept bodily changes and be kinder to yourself as you travel on this unique journey.
During our 4 week course or weekly drop in if you prefer we will:
*Connect via our opening circle
*Learn to move mindfully
*Discover how breathwork can assist our well-being
*Take part in a formal mindfulness practice
*Finish with positive poetry or a positive affirmation practice
A recording of the class will be available each week for additional home practice and you will receive a weekly mindfulness practice to follow.
No experience is required to join us!
