On-line Calm and Centre Yoga


This class is a friendly and holistic 75 minute session with a bit of everything. We will be practicing postures and flows to tone and stretch as well as calming and centring practices to bring balance to your day.

Everyone is encouraged to listen to their body and take what they need from the session. Variations and adaptations are offered. You should finish the class feeling pleasantly worked, well rested and energised.
