It balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands lung capacity and purifies the blood to bring the mind, body and soul into balance.
As you practice Kundalini yoga you grow, you shed old behaviours, old attitudes and self-destructive habits. We have the opportunity to enter a different state of mind – a neutral place, where we are not drawn into thoughts of judgment or comparison, a sacred space of Sat Nam, in which we can access our authentic truth.
