In-studio Mysore (Guided self practice)


Mysore is Ashtanga self practice. It's suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. It's a class in the sense that other people are there, but it is not counted, allowing the teacher to give one-to-one adjustments to each student.

Going at your own pace, Mysore allows you to access an inner calmness and quiet. This helps sharpen the mind, helping with concentration and focus, in addition to bringing strength and flexibility to your body.
