Children's Yoga with Cat Brockbank
From Small Seeds children’s yoga mixes traditional yoga postures with storytelling, games and lots of silly noises.
Blast off into space or explore the deepest jungles. Let the butterfly relaxation take you to magical lands of your own imagination.
Wednesday classes are split into age groups:
4 - 8 year olds 3:45 - 4:30
9 - 13 year olds 4:45 - 5:30

Grown-ups can take part in the class (if there are enough spaces), wait in the changing room with a good book or drop off and collect. Cat is always happy to discuss any specific requirements to enable each child to enjoy the class fully.
