We offer classes for yogi's and yogini's of all ages from babes in arms to teens. All benefit from yoga at different times in their lives.
Wednesdays Afternoons with Cat
For our older children, From Small Seeds children’s yoga mixes traditional yoga postures with storytelling, games and lots of silly noises.
Blast off into space or explore the deepest jungles. Let the butterfly relaxation take you to magical lands of your own imagination.
Please note classes are split into age groups.
4 - 8 year olds 3:45 - 4:30
9 - 13 year olds 4:45 - 5:30
Teens 5:45 - 6:45
Saturday Yoga at the Wriggle Room with Katie
All ages are welcome to join Katie for this yogic adventure. It's a great way to start the weekend and sets the children up after a long week at school. Come join the fun!

Grown-ups can take part in the class (if there are enough spaces), wait in the changing room with a good book or drop off and collect. Cat is always happy to discuss any specific requirements to enable each child to enjoy the class fully.
