Dive into a deeply meditative practice with Grace Kaya where floor poses are typically held for 2-5min. It is complementary to other vigorous styles of Yoga offering afocus on and benefits of increased circulation to the joints, improved flexibility, focused breathing and connectivity to inner silence. The tradition of yin yoga has its roots in Taoism and sequences encourage the flow of chi/prana (life force energy) by stimulating various meridian lines. This class is open to all levels.

Mondays class is best suited to those with some experience, whilst Tuesdays Yin is best suited to beginners
