Our infant massage classes offer a soothing and calming way to bond with your baby and can bring many benefits to your baba such as helping relieve many common baba complaints such as colic, wind, reflux, poor digestion and sleeplessness.

Ashtanga Immersion Day
Want to learn more about Ashtanga Yoga?
This day had been designed to introduce people to the Ashtanga style of yoga.
We will study what makes the practice unique by looking at asana (exercises), pranayama (breathing), drishti (concentration points) and bandha (use of inner muscle) ensuring that at the end of the day, you have a good understanding of techniques, terminology and the practice itself.
This day is open to all so, come and discover the hidden depths of the ashtanga practice.
