This 6-week course is a practical guide to meditation which will give you all the tools and tips to develop your own home practice and create a stronger awareness of the present moment.

We will have yoga practice in the morning to suit all levels and a workshop late afternoon, with an optional gathering after dinner on Friday and Saturday night for those wishing to attend.
