Yin / Yang “Power & Peace” Workshop
Come and enjoy a 2hr journey through mobility, Strength training, gorgeous flowing movement and flexibility work followed by a deep relaxing yoga Nidra meditation practice.
The first hour will be Power Vinyasa. Very ‘yang’ definitely a full body experience. We’ll work hard and sweat together in this vinyasa flow with core work and strength work in-between flowing standing postures. Dynamic and challenging – yet with options to suit all (come and work as hard as you like).
The 2nd hour we switch gears to yin and practice longer holds in softer postures to ease out our connective tissues and find length and breathwork. Then a 30min Yoga Nidra mediation complete with singing bowls and white sage to calm the body and mind and connect you to the sweet whispers of your spirit. (we’ll build a ‘yoga nest’ with bolsters and blankets and pillows … it will be epic).
The ultimate full body workout and integration with breath, prana, and a return to your Atma, your inner self. Prepare to work hard, then bliss out in satisfaction. There will also be vegan tea n treats at the end!
