Part two of the Saturday Siesta day - Restorative Yoga
Your chance to slow down and undo. Quietness and rest can be a scarce luxury. Yet rest (separate from sleep or leisure) is essential to all aspects of our health and wellbeing. Regular practice of restorative yoga is delicious in the moment, and supports our ability to respond to the demands in our lives.
These sessions include:
Some gentle movement to wind down into stillness
Supported Restorative poses
Quietness and calm (no music, periods of silence).
