Come and join in our mini workshop looking at back bending using a yoga wheel!
Nicola used the wheel to help her with kapotasana and feels that it can really aid deep back bending as well as helping with focus on flexibility in specific areas of the back.
During this workshop we will take a yogic approach to both beginning and improve our back bends.
Our focus on the day will be on finding flexibility, building strength and increasing confidence with back bends.
No experience is needed but sense of humour is required. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WHEEL.
