Come and start your yoga journey with us!
This great course is for both beginners and anyone practicing other styles of yoga and prepares students to move on to our led or Mysore style classes.
Open to all – men and women of all ages. You do not have to be young, fit or bendy to start practicing yoga! You just need a sense of humour.
During the course we aim to teach you:
· The basics of the practice including breath, bandhas, dristi and vinyasa
· The sun salutations and fundamental standing poses
· The seated poses of the ashtanga vinyasa Primary Series
· Basic back bending and the finishing sequence.
Ashtanga is a fantastic way to build strength and flexibility, while also calming the mind.
*This course allows participants unlimited access to any morning Mysore class for the duration for the course*
Please note this is a 10 week course run over 11 weeks.
