'The Mama Collective' is a brand new 6-week program for new mamas just like you!
If you're a mama who sometimes wonders where 'the old you' has gone, and are trying to get to grips with 'the new you', this program is for you.
If you'd like to hear and chat about topics such as self-development as a mama, (including why you maybe feel like you aren't the same person anymore as you were before your baby was born!), self-care ideas (including some massage and nutrition tips) and baby care topics such as breastfeeding, baby wearing, baby nutrition and baby brain development, this program is for you.
If you'd like some space in your day to centre and relax yourself, and to meet fellow like-minded mamas, this program is for you.
