We welcome birthing partners to this pregnancy orientated yoga class.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
During the class, we will experience anxiety calming breathing techniques, practice yoga suitable for achy bodies and also explore yoga poses suitable in pregnancy that can also be used in during birth.
There will be time for simple partner massage and an exploration of the reflexology points on the body that are useful to ease discomfort during pregnancy and birth.
Towards the end of the class we will connect with our babies using visualisation together and finally we will relax.
