BEGINNERS/REFRESHERS YOGA COURSE WITH NICOLA
This course also allows participants unlimited access to any Mysore class for the duration for the course.
This courses is for both beginners and anyone practicing other styles of yoga. These course prepare students to move on to our led or Mysore style classes. These classes are open to all – men and women of all ages.
You do not have to be young, fit or bendy to start practicing yoga!
During the course we aim to teach you:
· The basics of the practice including breath, bandhas, dristi and vinyasa
· The sun salutations and fundamental standing poses
· The seated poses of the ashtanga vinyasa Primary Series
· Basic back bending and the finishing sequence.
Ashtanga is a fantastic way to build strength and flexibility, while also calming the mind.
Please note classes may not run over school holidays.
