On-line BEGINNERS/REFRESHERS YOGA COURSE WITH NICOLA
This course offers unlimited access to any Mysore class for the duration for the classes.
This courses is for both beginners to the Ashtanga series and anyone practicing other styles of yoga.
The classes prepare students to move on to led or Mysore style classes.
These classes are open to all – men and women of all ages.
You do not have to be young, fit or bendy to start practicing yoga!
During the course I will aim to teach you:
· The basics of the practice including breath, bandhas, drishti and vinyasa
· The sun salutations and fundamental standing poses
· The seated poses of the ashtanga vinyasa Primary Series
· Basic back bending and the finishing sequence
Ashtanga is a fantastic way to build strength and flexibility, while also calming the mind.
