Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga Retreat

Get away from it all and enjoy an ashtanga and restorative yoga retreat at the award winning Tree relaxation centre near Pickering.

Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga Retreat

We are so delighted to be sharing a weekend with students at the amazing Tree again this year!

Richard and I have been teaching ashtanga yoga for 25 plus years combined. Both of us trained with Brian Cooper and Nawajyoti at Union Yoga in Edinburgh and Tim Feldmann and Kino MacGregor at the Miami Life Centre. I been fortunate enough to study with Sharath Jois five times and am currently the only KPJAYI Authorised teacher in South Yorkshire. Richard has studied with both Sharath and Saraswati on a number of occasions.  Both of us are eternal students of the ashtanga yoga discipline.

About the Retreat
