Jo's yoga journey began when living in Poland in 2005 when she accidentally stumbled into an Ashtanga class. She found it very tough, but loved the challenge, and when faced with a stressful time some years later she found herself returning to yoga, seeking out the inner calm it had previously brought to her. Yoga has been such a positive in her life that she wants to share it with others and so is currently completing her teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga. Jo's classes are inclusive and friendly and her focus is on helping students develop strength, flexibility and to combine movement with breath.
