Join us every week for a themed yoga class focusing on improving our functional strength and flexibility.

We start the class with deep breathing, followed by a small yogic warm up before moving through our main asanas of the class. We always end the class with rest and relax time.

This yoga class aims to improve our core and the surrounding muscles, leaving you feeling stronger in the body and relaxed in the mind.
