Got friends that tell you "you should try yoga" but you don't want to come to an already established class and not know what you're doing?......or maybe you've not done yoga for a long time and you're not sure how to get back in to it.
We want to help you find a new path or re-discover your love for the beautiful practice of yoga.
Come as you are; you don't have to be flexible or strong to start with, you don’t have to look like a yogi or chant OM or have the right clothes.
In early 2020, we will take you through the foundation poses that are found in all styles of yoga.
You'll learn about breathing and how to have a focus in a pose. you'll learn how to transition into different Asana (moving from one pose to the next), such as "down-dog" step through to a lunge & how to build strength in plank and "chutarunga dandasana" you'll here some strange sounding Sanskrit words; but don't worry - there's no test and you'll always hear the English translation for every pose.
