Wednesday Vinyasa Flow

Slow flow vinyasa full body yoga class which will help build strength and flexibility, as well as inwardly focussing the mind.

The class will include pranayama, gentle stretch warm ups, sun salutations, and a yoga flow linking movement with the breathe. There will be balance and core work to build strength, and a relaxation to rejuvenate.
 
All in all a practise which will allow you to deal with stress and emotions in your life off the mat.
