Friday Vinyasa Flow. Float into your weekend!
This class is aimed at people who prefer a dynamic moving class, it is a mixed level class open to all.
The class includes pranayama, yoga warm up, Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara) and a flowing sequence. Vinyasa works with the breath to create a moving meditation. We will end the class with a relaxation leaving you both energised & relaxed.
