Mama's and baba's getting back to yoga practice.
The next step up from post natal yoga, this course is designed to re-introduce mama’s to a regular yoga practice helping you build strength, stamina and confidence whilst developing calming breathing techniques and re-discovering your post natal bodies.
The course has many benefits including finding me time and headspace to live in your new post natal world and deal with your post natal life.
Babies are most welcome.
Please note this is a 7 week course run over 8 weeks.
