Welcome to our Yin Class!
Monday's Yin Yoga is a more deeply meditative and passive practice involving variations of seated and supine (lying down) poses which can help you relax, awaken dormant energy and recharge the mind/body relationship.
Yin Yoga and Acupuncture work in similar ways to help keep your body supple.
It is an excellent complimentary practice to other vigorous forms of yoga and exercise offering a focus on and benefits of increased circulation to the joints, improved flexibility, focused breathing and connectivity to inner silence.
The pace of this practice is gentle so those with all levels of fitness are warmly welcomed, and modifications can be given to those needing extra support.
Monday's class is best suited to those with some experience.
