Midweek Vinyasa Flow

Expect a strong but inclusive practice set to music and a steady pace, culminating in a peak pose, with a theme running through it.
We will work with the breath and bandha to achieve steadiness (sthira) whilst also working on strengthening to achieve an element of ease (sukha) within the asana itself.
There will be hands-on assists to help you access a deeper practice, and enough time for a deep relaxation at the end of practice, which will leave you feeling refreshed and nourished.
This class is open level – so if you feel like challenging yourself, why not come and have a go?
