We aim to teach our little yogis in a creative non-competitive way, which encourages them to make self discovery but also benefit from learning to work in teams.
We want little ones to have fun and be active but also find their own path to inner peace, calm, stillness and self worth.
Using appropriate yoga moves we promote increased activity, nurture their flexibility and freedom of mind and movement - promoting healthy minds and bodies.
Yoga can help to improve concentration and self-confidence and worth for little yogis, as well as aiding improved sleep patterns!
Our classes are devised to help little yogis on their yogic path introducing the tools we all hold so dear - asana, mindfulness, meditation, pranayama and relaxation practice. These are all great for little folk too!
