Preparing for the birth of your baby with Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga helps prepare you for the birth of your baby, by encouraging breath and body awareness. As we talk about the birth and labour we are able to minimize birth concerns, and teach you to adapt the wonderful changes that your body is going through. 

The class is a great opportunity to meet other mums-to-be and helps you set up that all important support network.

Not done yoga before? Don't worry! 

There is no better time to start yoga than during your pregnancy - it'll be a revelation! The techniques you will learn will help you through your pregnancy with minimal discomfort. Yoga helps the body to become more flexible and teaches you to use the natural ligaments elasticity, both help you adapt your positions during labour and can reduce pain.

If you are still unsure if Pregnancy Yoga is for you then why not come along for the first session and try it out for a reduced rate. There is no obligation to continue after your first session if you don't feel it is for you.

If this is your first go at yoga then you are in for a treat.

We keep our classes small to ensure everyone gets the most out of them. Our classes are limited to 20. 

There is free, off road parking surrounding our studio. We are based on Ecclesall Road, next to Co-Op and you are able to park for free here for up to two hours.
