Baby yoga sits along side baby massage as part of the class, as these two practices complement each other perfectly and provide the best possible experience for your baby.
The class offers physical stimulation to your baby via touch, holding them, flowing movement of massage and through the sound of your voice via praise. The session encourages relaxation.
The class helps you as carers develop techniques for structured play with your babies, and gives you valuable adult time with others in the same situation as yourself, as you chat over a free drink and snack.
