Post Natal Pilates
Hitting the post natal nail straight on the head, our post natal pilates classes focus on building up your deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, aiding their recovery and strengthening pregnancy. Our classes are a great way to meet other mums, with whom you can share your thoughts and experiences and find a new set of friends and social life! This is a course.
The class is suitable from 6 weeks following an uncomplicated birth, otherwise we suggest starting following your GP appointment.
