Postures are strung together offering yogis a calm and meditative framework that aims to develop strength, flexibility and most importantly to cultivate openness and space within the body, in which the breath can enter and exit to its full capacity.

This process of asana practice is used to bring about new states of peace and calm in the individual, helping to enrich one’s life for the better.
