If you haven't tried yoga before, then during your pregnancy is the perfect time to start. If you have never been before, then you are very welcome to do a trail class.
We offer a wide range of fab classes for all you new mummies. Baby yoga and massage, post natal yoga, mum's back to yoga classes - we have something to help you feel fit again.

We held our first charity fund raising yoga symposium on the 27th of October and were very fortunate to have the hugely knowledgeable Dr Ben Major and Jo Bertzeletos from Yoga Nature delivering an excellent introduction to the Yoga Sutras for us.
