At Yoga at the Reach we are proud to offer a wide selection of post natal classes for all you new mummies. From baby yoga to bellydancing, we have something to help you feel fit again.
We held our first charity fund raising yoga symposium on the 27th of October and were very fortunate to have the hugely knowledgeable Dr Ben Major and Jo Bertzeletos from Yoga Nature delivering an excellent introduction to the Yoga Sutras for us.
